Last summer I started to get into yoga after years and years of fighting it. I thought it was too "zen" and not a "real" workout. A friend finally convinced me to try it and I have to admit: I love it.
I spend hours and hours on my feet as a chef each week, not to mention all the running I do for exercise and the walking I do around the city... Yoga not only calms my mind and helps me focus, but it stretches my limbs and makes me so much more flexible.
I only have one regret when it comes to yoga: That I didn't start doing it sooner...
