Baked Tortilla Chips
Perfectly fresh and crunchy homemade baked tortilla chips are a great way to use up leftover tortillas from your Cinco de Mayo party.
Tortilla chips are perfect for scooping up homemade dips and salsas or just eating on their own as a healthy snack. Making your own also allows you to control the amount of oil and lets you to get creative with the seasoning. Some of my favorite seasonings are: chile powder, smoked paprika, cumin, curry powder and for a sweet spin on the typical savory variety, try sprinkling with cinnamon sugar.
