After my gangbusters corn trick from last summer, I'm back with another sweet, easy kitchen technique!

With just two ingredients -- confectioner's sugar and an egg white -- and two minutes (and a microwave), you can make meringues! Crunchy, fun and super sweet, they satisfy the most hardcore sugar cravings.

Add some seasonal fruit and some freshly whipped cream and they can become a delicious dessert worthy of the most discriminating dinner guests. It's an impressive dessert in under 10 minutes, from start to finish. You're welcome!
