I’ve vacationed along the Amalfi coast and fallen in love with the owners and team at Lo Scoglio in Nerano. They’ve influenced me in a way that feels so much more substantial than any other moment or event has ever touched me.
My partners at Caesar’s Palace have given me the tools and the resources to open Amalfi, so as you can imagine my head is buried in homemade pasta and saffron scented fish broth for the time being. When I come up for air, I’d love for you to join me there…the first Aperol Spritz is on me!
