I’m thrilled I was able to create my vision of Parisian Steakhouse for my long-time partners at Caesars Palace. Brasserie B by Bobby Flay opened in December of 2023, and offers delicious and distinct French-inspired dishes for brunch, lunch and dinner.
The design of Brasserie B by Bobby Flay entices that classic Parisian feel. The energy is bustling, and the food is a mix of brasserie staples and, of course, some flavor surprises I’ve become known for over the years.
